Cornbread muffins

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup corn meal
  2. 2 cups all-purpose flour
  3. 1 1/2 cups sugar
  4. 1 teaspoon salt
  5. 1 teaspoon baking powder
  6. 2 cups canola oil
  7. 7 eggs
  8. 2 cups milk
  9. 2 cups frozen kernel corn

Instructions

  1. Combine all above ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
  2. Pour into greased muffins tins and bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
