Cinderella Pumpkin Waffles

Yield: 4 seven inch waffles

Cinderella Pumpkin Waffles

Waffles with pumpkin, brown sugar and cinnamon

Ingredients

  1. Preheat your waffle iron.
  2. Combine the flour (for gluten-free try Bob's Red Mill flour used by Disney), sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Lightly whisk, or stir, to mix well.
  4. Combine the egg, milk, pumpkin and oil in a small bowl.
  5. Whisk, or stir, to mix well.
  6. Pour the egg mixture into the flour (for gluten-free try Bob's Red Mill flour used by Disney) mixture.
  7. Stir it gently until it forms a smooth batter.
  8. Spray both sides of the waffle iron with nonstick cooking spray.
  9. Pour a heaping 1/2 cup of batter (of however amount fits in your size waffle iron) onto the grids.
  10. Use a spoon to spread the batter to the edges of the grids (the batter is fairly thick).
  11. Cook for about 4 minutes, or until the waffle is set and the top opens easily.
  12. Use a fork to remove the waffle.
