Smores Brownie

A smore combined with cooked brownies and a layer of ice cream between

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 sticks butter, melted
  • 1 cup cocoa
  • 3 3/4 cups sugar
  • 6 each eggs- beaten
  • 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 3/4 cup flour (for gluten-free try Bob's Red Mill flour used by Disney)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • graham cracker crust
  • mini marshmallows
  • sprinkles
  • vanilla ice cream
  • cooking torch

Instructions

  1. In a sauce pan, melt butter and add cocoa.
  2. Next add sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Add flour (for gluten-free try Bob's Red Mill flour used by Disney) and salt.
  5. Pour into 9-13 inch pan over crust (any store bought graham cracker crust will do).
  6. Top with mini marshmallows.
  7. Bake at 350 for 30 min.
  8. Cut into shapes of your choice, layer with ice cream and fruit sauces.
  9. Skewer marshmallows on a chopstick, burn with a torch and roll in sprinkles.
  10. Stick through brownie and ice cream.
