Sticky Wings Recipe

Ingredients - Sticky Wings

  1. 10 ea Wings
  2. 3 oz Wing Sauce
  3. 1 ea Green Onion, chopped
  4. 1 pinch White and black sesame seeds
  5. 1 oz Mustard sauce
  6. 8 oz Canola Oil

Ingredients - Sticky Wing Sauce

  1. ½ lb Brown sugar
  2. 5 oz Minced garlic
  3. 1 ¼ c Soy sauce


Ingredients - Sticky Wing Poaching Liquid

  1. 22 ea Chicken wings
  2. ¼ qt Soy sauce
  3. ½ lb Brown sugar
  4. ½ lb Minced garlic
  5. ¼ qt Water


Directions - Sticky Wings Poaching Liquid

  1. Heat everything but wings and bring to a boil.
  2. Add wings and cook for 20 minutes.
  3. Remove, cool wings, and discard liquid


Directions - Sticky Wing Sauce

  1. Mix Well.


Directions - Sticky Wings

  1. Heat oil to 350°.
  2. Cook wings until crispy.
  3. Reduce sauce until sticky.
  4. Toss wings in sauce.
  5. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
  6. Drizzle with mustard sauce.
