Roasted potatoes with paprika and garlic

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 pounds Yukon Gold potatoes
  • 3 Tablespoons olive oil blend
  • 1 Tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 clove garlic (chopped)
  • 1 sprig rosemary (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Steam potatoes for 20 minutes
  2. Combine oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic, rosemary, and potatoes.
  3. Place on a sheet pan with rack and bake in 350° oven until golden brown.
