Croissant Berry Pudding

Bread pudding made with croissants and blueberries

Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds of croissants
  • 24 oz heavy cream
  • 8 oz eggs
  • 6 oz sugar
  • 1 Tbs vanilla extract
  • 3 oz blueberries

Instructions

  1. Mix all except the blueberries and croissants
  2. Add blueberries and pour over croissants.
  3. Cover and bake for 40 mins at 350.
  4. Remove foil and bake additional 15-20 minutes.
