Cowboy Beans

Baked beans with bacon, onions, garlic and molasses

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Onions, diced
  • 1/2 Tbsp Garlic, minced
  • 4 Oz Smoked Meats (Beef and Pork), diced into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 4 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Tbsp Molasses
  • 2 Tbsp Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Cup BBQ Sauce
  • 2 1/2 Lbs B&M Baked Beans
  • 1 Tbsp Bacon Fat

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet .
  2. Add Bacon Fat and saute the Onion, Garlic, and Meat, until golden brown.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer on low heat for 2 hours
