Green Tea Berry Mint Julep Recipe

Green Tea Berry Mint Julep

Ingredients

5 oz boiled water
1 Twinings Green Tea bag
1 oz Blackberry Puree (or Berry Puree of choice)
1.5 oz Raspberry Syrup
0.5 oz Mint Infused Simple Syrup
0.5 oz Lime Juice

Instructions

Boil fresh water and let cool for 1 minute
Pour 5 oz into heat proof container
Open tea envelope and remove tea bag from packet
Steep for 2-3 minutes
Remove tea bag and discard
Chill tea
Combine all ingredients into a shaker
Shake and strain over ice into a glass
Garnish with fresh berries and mint
FROZEN VERSION: For a frozen version, blend all ingredients with ice until desired consistency
ALCOHOLIC VERSION: Add 1.25 oz of Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
