Frozen Butterbeer

A frozen concotion of cream soda, whipping cream and butterscotch ice cream topping

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Start with one of the 2 liters of cream soda and freeze small portions of it in plastic cups.
  2. Freeze the soda for a few hours.
  3. Whip the cream and add a few tablespoons of the butterscotch topping as you whip.
  4. Do not over whip the cream. It should look and feel light.
  5. Blend the frozen cream soda with some of the cream soda that is not frozen for an icy type texture.
  6. Add more of the butterscotch topping into the cream soda while you blend.
  7. To serve, pour the blended mixture into a cup and top with the butterscotch flavored whip cream.
