Pina Colada

Pina Colada drink with rum, pineapple juice and coconut cream

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 ounces rum
  • 4 ounces pineapple juice
  • 2 ounces coconut cream
  • 1 ounce heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed ice
  • pineapple wedge

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine rum, pineapple juice, coconut cream, and ice.
  2. Blend on high speed for about 1 minute.
  3. Strain into a 14 ounce cocktail glass.
  4. Garnish with pineapple wedge.
