Ingredients

  • 6 mint leaves
  • 1 ounce Vodka
  • 1 ounce pear liqueur
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 3 ounces ginger beer
  • lime wheel
  • mint sprig

Instructions

  1. Put mint leaves, vodka, pear liqueur and fresh lime juice in a cocktail shaker
  2. Add ice, shake then top with ginger beer
  3. Serve in tall glass over ice
  4. Garnish with lime wheel and mint sprig
